The 30 million stars website is an initiative led by ACT (now Together for Short Lives) funded by the Department of Health, to house and showcase all the projects and resources that resulted from the £30m funding programme for children's palliative care. It has been designed to be a 'one stop shop' where people can go to search for, and find out more about any of completed projects. Through this, the work will be shared, and can be built on in the future to further improve services for life-limited and life-threatened children.
