This report summarises the findings of the consultation on the draft Code of Practice that CDC carried out with children and young people.
Over a six week period CDC commissioned 19 focus groups across England with a wide range of children and young people aged 5-25 years.
The consultation looked the key reform themes including: decision making; EHC plans; the Local Offer, transition to adulthood and access to information.
