This edition features The Children’s Trust.
How it works
The Children’s Trust is the UK’s leading charity for children with brain injury.
Our ambition is for all children with brain injury and neurodisability to have the opportunity to live the best life possible.
What has been achieved?
In the last year The Children’s Trust has supported more than 1,000 children and 4,000 family members through our rehabilitation packages and other services.
We have also provided support, information and advice indirectly to more than 55,000 people who have accessed our Brain Injury Hub.
- We will work to deliver, and continually improve, outcomes for children and young people. This will make sure that we meet our regulatory requirements and provide the best service possible.
- We will involve children and families at the centre of our work to seamlessly provide the best care and specialist support to the optimum number of beneficiaries.
- We are committed to supporting children with brain injury both now and in the long term. To make that commitment we will make our organisation robust, efficient and effective to make sure it is sustainable. Children and families can rely on us to provide the support they need in the future.
- We want to do more to meet the needs of more children with brain injury. We will broaden our expertise and services by collaborating with like-minded and complementary organisations in order to be a leader in research, service delivery and advocacy for children with brain injury and neurodisability.
