This training addresses the key questions faced by social care services and will support you to develop local solutions and shares examples of national practice. The workshop is based on guidance produced by CDC ‘The role of social care in implementing the Children and Families Act’ and can be fully tailored to the needs of your local area. This one-day, face-to-face training workshop generates solutions to the challenges faced by social care services when implementing the Children and Families Act 2014. The training is suitable for up to 30 people and supports local areas to consider examples of good practice in implementing the legislation. It also supports practitioners to think about how to embed a change of culture in their organisation.
